2009 AGM was held on 16th April 2009.
A list of office bearers were agreed: Chairperson - Dee Bowman, Treasurer - Helen Porter, Secretary - Margaret Stevenson, Publicity - Na'an Meikleour. Trevor Taylor has joined the Committee taking the place of Stan Summers whose support during the past many years has been greatly appreciated.
The charities to benefit from funds raised in 2008 are : Toby's Fund, Mary's Meals, Friends of Balhousie (Pitlochry) and Help for Heroes (£ 600 each)
